Dragan Dimitrovici is the Founder and driving force of the XENON Technology Group (XTG). He founded the company at the age of 21, when he recognised the opportunity to sell quality locally assembled computer hardware. XTG which consists of XENON Systems, Mediaproxy and XDT develops mission critical solutions for new and emerging markets within the Defence, Scientific Research, Broadcast, Film and Education industry. It's solutions are tailored to individual customer requirements. Each year XTG invest heavily in research and partners with world-class IT vendors including, NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, Mellanox, Adaptec & Microsoft. Dragan studied Information Management at Melbourne University and is a certified Intel Server Integration Specialist. In 2006, Dragan was an Ernst & Young, Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Dragan has direct responsibility for the product development and strategy of the company. |

Eric came to XENON after 28 years as a practising Chartered Accountant, initially with one of the then Big 8 Accounting Firms, followed by being an Audit Partner in an 8-partner Collins Street accounting practice. Eric’s professional career covered all facets of public accounting, with exposure to most industries, including the IT industry, and involved working with, and for, small charitable non-profit organisations to family operations and small businesses through to multi-nationals. XENON will benefit from Eric’s financial background, and from his forte with the design, development and implementation of accounting, reporting, internal control, management and non-financial systems and procedures. |

As Technical Director of XTG, Mikhail Mizikov directs the company’s product portfolio with an eye towards innovation, simplicity and quality with his "anything is possible" attitude. With over 30 years experience within the IT industry Mikhail is responsible for managing XENON’s technology decisions and architecture and possesses both detailed technical knowledge and innovative business acumen that are vital when venturing into new markets and product ranges. Passionate about technology and it possibilities Mikhail encourages his team to develop and excel via continuous guidance, support, confidence and trust. Prior to joining XTG, Mikhail managed technical and R&D teams in leading Ukrainian, Italian and Australian IT companies fulling roles such as; Electronics Engineer, Field Application Engineer, Chief Engineer, Technical and Services Manager and Chief Technology Officer. Mikhail holds a Master Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from Moscow State University of Aerospace Technology and is a certified Intel Server + Network Specialist and Intel Solution Consultant. |

Sayit Hasan serves as Technical Manager for the XENON Technology Group of companies and is resposible for production, development and management of XTG’s complete product line. Prior to joining XTG Sayit worked for IPEX, Australia’s largest computer hardware manufactuer, and gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in server and storage technologies. This experience coupled with his immaculate comprehension and passion for cutting edge technologies earned him the prestigious reputation of, one of Australia’s best server engineers. Tony La Porta serves as XTG’s Research and Development Manager and is responsible for developing, testing and refining production software systems for XTG’s complete productline. Tony graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and began his professional career with Ipex ITG working in the Ipex Electronics and Platform Architecture Labs for over 20 years. His core competency lies in hardware and software troubleshooting and resolving complex technological problems to deliver unique and highly tailored solutions. This endless enthusiasm coupled with the ability to think “outside the square” has made him one of Australia’a leading IT engineers. Tony’s current research initiatives and interests lie in HPC and GPU computing. |

Vita has a Bachelor of Management, majoring in Marketing, She is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and joined XENON in 1999, bringing a wealth of experience in running integrated marketing campaigns encompassing electronic, print and e-marketing strategies. She has worked extensively in the IT industry with direct experience in the retail and wholesale sectors of the economy. Vita has travelled extensively in her various roles, researching and preparing the overall positioning of products and services. |
